Annual Maintenance and Support Plan

The optional Annual Maintenance and Support Plan includes telephone assistance, product updates, email questions and answers, access to live chat support and product repairs, fixes and corrections.
  • One year - 25% of the license fee paid
  • Two years - 40% of the license fee paid
  • Three years - 50% of the license fee paid

Customers without a support plan: Technical support is $325 per hour (2 hour minimum) paid in advance.

Multiple SLNet server licenses - customers must purchase an equal number of Annual Maintenance and Support Plans for all licensed servers.
