Annual Maintenance includes telephone assistance, product updates, email questions and answers, access to live chat support and product repairs, fixes and corrections.
These services are NOT included in Annual Support:
- Migration or upgrades to new releases
- Disaster recovery
- Server troubleshooting
- Network troubleshooting
Technical support professional services are $325 per hour
(2 hour minimum) paid in advance.
